Great customer service and communication. Jackson was helpful and informative from day one. Never pushy but always communicating. Great experience from start to finish. We are extremely happy with our decision to use Jackson and liquid planet.

I had my Malibu boat serviced and was EXTREMELY pleased with the team there! They diagnosed and fixed several issues with the boat. I found them to be very honest. For example, the wedge on my boat was not working, and after they diagnosed it, they told me it was simply a setting that had inadvertently been changed to disable the wedge. Easy and basically no cost fixed fix which I’m clear they could’ve taken advantage of me if that was their business model. I had been using another Malibu dealer and was extremely unhappy and just didn’t trust them but I am so glad I found Liquid Plant. 5+ stars!!!!!

It is wonderful to have a great boat dealer and service shop close by! We had a great experience purchasing our first power boat. After speaking with co-workers and friends who are boat owners I expected an unpleasant experience. However, after calling and visiting several dealerships we settled on Liquid Planet Marine. We weren’t positive of the boat we wanted and thoroughly enjoyed working with Jackson and Ken. No pressure, just discussion on what we thought we wanted, and they walked us through all our options. All the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and available to answer questions. Pricing is more than fair. After the purchase the service department was easy to work with and Suzanne provided prompt quotes for the various items were interested in and quickly completed the items we selected. They are very flexible and worked with us on all the schedules. If you are in the market for a boat, I heartily recommend Liquid Planet Marine! They will treat you right!

Had an amazing experience with Liquid Planet. Was specifically shopping for a Heyday and their prices stood out. They were substantially lower on all Heyday models comparing apples to apples. Was able to purchase a gorgeous H22 from them at an unbeatable price. Jackson and the staff were easy to work with. I’ll be taking my boat back here for all future service. Highly recommend them.
