Austin quickly scheduled a same-day installation, and just two hours later, Jesse walked us through the exit inspection, making sure we fully understood how everything worked. Aija was also wonderful, friendly and welcoming, making the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. The entire team was amazing! The best part? Greg was greeted us and made sure to answer any all questions we had about the Gas Gas bike we purchased for my daughter. Bought my very first bike today!! Every employee there was amazing and super helpful. I wanted to take a moment to thank Aaron Thompson for his exceptional service. His guidance and patience were greatly appreciated, and I’m very happy with my purchase. He helped me learn the basics of how to use the bike! We actually first contacted these guys about a bike I saw on the internet. Initially I was just looking for information and more pictures. I got a bunch of pictures, a video, and a phone call. Aaron was my salesman and was there for me every step of the way. I couldn’t even get to Las Cruses to look at the bike for almost 2 weeks so he put a pending on it. As it got closer to the time for me to go see it, he worked with me to get my financing done. By the time we walked in the shop all I had to do was take it for a test ride and drag my husband into the office to sign a bunch of paperwork. I intended to ride it home the next day but it was pouring so we rented a trailer and they loaded my new (used) 2015 Spyder F3S in with a forklift because the only trailer I could find didn’t have a ramp. If we weren’t over 200 miles away we would definitely make this our shop of choice.
