We have been at the Marina a few years now and slips are very nice. I found that if you use the docking cleats when docking and also use vertical poles to tie off when leaving at end of day your boat will be fine during breezy conditions. You have options for River covered slits, River slips and open water slips. The bathrooms are impeccably clean along with showers. Another nice feature are the shaded areas with picnic tables. Management always addresses questions.

A cleat holding our boat to the dock got ripped out during a “not so severe” thunderstorm. It caused our boat to ram up against a big rusty metal post and dented the pontoon costing hundreds of dollars to repair. Winnisquam point refused to fix the cleat implying our boat was the problem. We immediately switched over to Winnisquam Marine just down the way, which, I might add is why this place has so many good reviews, people think they’re leaving a review for Winnisquam marine which is a well run business. Don’t go here.

Terrible experience. We had a slip for the last 6 weeks of the season. During that time someone stole our outboard right out of the boat (it was kept inside and locked). So we had to buy a new one, and that was just the start. The dock had rotten wood which caused the clear to rip right out of the dock. This caused so much damage to the bow of my boat as it was slamming against the dock for who knows how long before we were told. Tom “tied” the boat off after telling us, unfortunately he tied it off in a way that the boat continued to hit the dock, it was useless. The. Someone had clearly taken our boat out for a spin, the sails where out of their bags, the rigging was all taken out of their storage and a lot of it was left in the cockpit, wet and faded from the sun. They tossed the boat 2 times looking for stuff to steal. Terrible experience, go to a marina with some security cameras. Locks and chains didn’t stop the thief’s in the area.

Was dealing with Tom on a boat slip throughout the winter. When a slip came available, I took the day and drove up to check it out and put down a deposit. Left a large cash deposit. When I got home an hour later, I was told some story and the slip suddenly wasn't available. Would not return my cash deposit and would only send a check. So, he got to slide the cash in his pocket and write a check. Must be Nice.

Absolutely horrible experience. Paid 2500$ to rent a slip, the boat they put next to me was too small for the slip, and had a rope snap causing thousands in damage (not necessarily their fault and the owner of the boat took care of it). Then after finding out I can’t properly tie my boat to the dock because it’s not made or pontoons, and all the poles are loose, the 1 cleat I have access too is loose. Asked for a partial refund as it’s just not safe to store my boat there, and they won’t do anything about it. 100% would not recommend. They do not care at all about the safety of your boat, they only care about the money. Horrible business
