Had them do the bellows on my 4.3 mercruiser and it was having an issue losing power after running for a while. Not only did they do a great job on everything but they were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Boat runs fantastic and they're prices for the work performed were well under the other places I called. Would highly recommend and I'll be back for any future maintenance on my boat.

Purchased a completely rebuilt and ready to run Mercury long block from Kunkles Marine and had several issues. Not sure who rebuilds motors for them but I would fire them. First issue I found shortly after installing the motor and running it was none of the rocker arms had not been torque down. One had almost completely fallen off. Not a big deal everyone makes mistakes. After running the boat a few more times the oil was getting water into it. Started investigating and pulling the motor apart to find out that the head bolts were never torqued. Obviously blowing the head gaskets. Spoke with Kunkles twice and they basically said sucks to be you good luck. I would not advise buying any motors from them that they have rebuilt. I guess that is a chance you take when buying a rebuilt motor from a no name back woods shop.
Update: Thank you Bill Riefer for putting me in touch with Ben at Precision Power Offshore & Chief Engines. Ben did a great job going through the motor and getting everything straightened out. Final diagnoses was the head bolts were never properly torqued along with and the heads need a fresh valve grind. Dyno sheets attached from Precision Power Offshore & Chief Engines. I highly recommend Ben for any marine motor repairs.
Also wanted to mention that I never demanded money or even brought money up in conversation with Jason. All I wanted was Kunkles to take ownership of a mistake that was made and make it right. Unfortunately they did not.
