KTR Marine

KTR's owner asked us to send boat seat photos and he sent us a written quote. He asked us to drop off all the boat seats. KTR was accommodative on time frame indicating they were quite busy but they would squeeze us in. I removed all the boat seats, as requested and dropped them all off at KTR's warehouse. A few days later we followed up on color, fabric details etc. The owner changed tune quickly and was quite aggressive over the phone indicating (he was doing us a favor and that he quoted to good a price). We were so turned off by the aggressiveness of the owners phone conversation and his change of tune doing the work as quoted. We went and picked up all the boat seats. We brought everything to another upholstery firm that completed all the upholstery with the right fabric choice, colors and embroidery with no attitude.

Todd and the staff at KTR marine are the best! We had them reupholster our old boat cushions and they turned out great! They also waxed the boat exterior and found a sticky trim switch that was draining the battery! We are very satisfied with their excellent service and highly recommend them.

I recently bought a boat from here and the boat was great. There was a small issue with the trailer, I contacted Todd, and he not only took care of the issue but drove the 45 minutes to my house to pick the trailer up and brought it back when the repair was complete. The work was great and they took care of me. I recommend KTR

We bought our pontoon from KTR about 3 years ago and it was good value, Todd treated us well. We just had them make a new cover and Bimini. They look great and the turnaround was fast. Highly recommended.
