Keyhole Marina

there is not much. dock space for boats and the boat parking is limited for a marina of this size the parks department is really sucking at their job. look at pathfinder multiple docks ton of boat docking lots of parking and a marina thats tiny

Our family spent every weekend of the summer on this beautiful lake growing up and we recently decided to rent a pontoon for the day. We aren’t in the immediate area so don’t get out there like we used to. The boat was nice. Newer and clean. No issues with the boat but the restrictions are a little over the top. You can only dock at the marina and you are instructed not to take the boat into any of the coves. So basically you can float the middle of the lake all day. We had a few people come and go that day so went to the marina to pick them up, as instructed, which seemed to very much inconvenience the owner/manager because they also don’t allow you to push the boat off by yourself. Every time we went to shore she or the staff had to come untie and push us back off the docks. Great friendly staff but the owner / manager was terribly rude and extremely stressed out about the whole situation making the interactions that day oddly uncomfortable. If the rentals are that big of a hassle or you don’t trust anyone to drive your boats, maybe you just shouldn’t rent them? Still one of my favorite summertime spots with so many great memories but we probably won’t choose Keyhole for our next family fun day at the lake.

Absolutely gorgeous place to spend the day on the boat.

Okay it is a beautiful gorgeous lake, but here's the deal. We drove eight hours to come rent a pontoon for the day and paid the camp fee of twelve dollars. We drive down to the marina store and it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Totally understandable that there are certain days where they close, but isn't there a way where it could have been posted somewhere before we paid our day fee.

Have put my boat in the water 2 times last year2021 a great place to fish and unload your boat on this ramp and nice marina store !
