Excellent service! Needed some control cables so I called and went in. Was greeted with warm and professional energy. They didn’t have my particular size in stock. That wasn’t an issue because it was ordered right before the store close and it arrived the next day for pickup! - Kidd

Had questions/problems twice this summer with my boat. Battery connection and throttle situation. Called and spoke with Nolan who told me to run it over and he’ll take a look at it. Both times unreal service ! Situations were fixed and I drove in and out in less than 1/2 hour. Just don’t see service like this anymore. Extremely impressed. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’ll be bringing the boat in for winterizing this year as well!! Thank you Nolan!

Great place and great people to work with. Very much would recommend the Kasten crew as your boat place. Will and John are awesome along with there hard working crew, so very glad that they are my boat support and I have full confidence with any and all work they do. We are lucky to have such a wonderful boat business in the area, very pleased customer. Another thing I had a issue with the drain plug system. They got it all figured out and all fixed up. I’ve had great experiences with Kasten Marine service for many years now, but yesterday was over the top. The owner John Kasten and one of his mechanics, Antonio, actually came to my house and fixed a problem with my boat while it was on the driveway!! Who does that?? Honestly, if you want top notch service and the best customer service and communication for any boat service or repair, Kasten Marine us the place to go!

I have the upmost respect for the guys at Kasten Marine. Super nice to work with as they identified my boat motor issue I was having with the lower unit of the i/o motor. They fixed the problem and after a couple of weeks I was on my way. Nothing but exceptional service!
