Kansas River Edwardsville Boat Ramp

Needed some up to date pics of this beautiful river. We love fishing here.

Stumbled upon this while at work, delivering packages. Had to stop and look, even if I end up getting in trouble at work for the break.. it's beautiful here! And only one person is even here today. On a Friday!! Must be a little known gem or something!! I highly recommend!! You can get your boat out on the water from here. You can fish here. There's even a sign that there's falls and rapids just a mile and a half away!! Neat

It’s a parking lot with dedicated spots for boat trailers and a ramp to launch. The city does make an effort by mowing the grass around the filthy picnic tables but unfortunately that just spreads the garbage that people throw from their cars while on their smoke breaks from work. Nice place to enjoy nature.

The Kansas river runs really slow right here because there’s a semi-dam just downriver. The ramp area is fairly clean. I’m grateful for the access to the river.
