Saved our family vacation! When we arrived at our resort my power trim wouldn't lower or raise the outboard. Called and left a message late evening and got a return call the next morning with a few questions and a phone interview of the symptoms and I was given directions for an easy fix to do on my own for less than $10. That is awesome customer service!

Kevin saved our family's week at Craguns last year when our impeller failed on July 3. He went above and beyond big time! We call Kevin the "engine whisperer"! His knowledge off all things motor is also amazing.

Middle of vacation with 15 kids who must have tube and knee board fix for summer when the boat died. Called Kevin and had it in his shop 45 minutes later. He understood the urgency even though he had work stacked up, he found our issue quickly and we picked up a repaired boat two hours later. Back to pulling kids until dark that same night, and this 25 year old boat is purring like a kitten! Good price from a seasoned technician who did NOT try to sell us what we didn’t need. Highly recommend.

On the week before a busy holiday weekend with family and friends, our pontoon would not start.
