Jim from JW Marine is amazing. I called the shop at 6:30 at NIGHT after having a problem with my outboard. Fearing the worst, Jim answered the phone and told me how to check a few things over the phone and reassured me that he could have me out on the water again in no time. Jim had me up and running in 3 hours after dropping my boat off. Amazing service. Walked me through the motor and showed me what was wrong, and things to look for in the future if I have that problem again. Very honest and reasonably priced.

I had Jimmy install an upper and lower Bravo 3 outdrive for my 27’ Larson. He had it ordered and installed in a timely manner. He recommended and installed an electric anode system to help preserve the new outdrive. He’s a very knowledgeable mechanic that I will be using again and highly recommend.
