JP Coleman Boat Ramp

Great place, beautiful place to take your boat out and fish.

Good ramp for launching. Wide enough for 2 vehicles. Hard to find a parking spot in the summer.

Great boat ramp but needs more lighting.

This could be a really nice park. It's just not maintained like it should be. We visited the boat docks and they are in bad need of repair. They're just a Hodge podge of repairs that weren't done correctly. The brand new daily rental dock was nasty. The only bathrooms for 4 docks need remodeling and an ac unit and a shower would be great. I was very disappointed in the overall condition of the boat dock, the area around the docks and the park itself just looked unkept!

I put in here a lot. Great location for big smallies on river end of Pickwick. The only down side is the parking. If it's busy you have to park a long way away and after a long day on the water it kinda sucks climbing a mountain to get to my truck.
