J&K Marina

Boat was in good condition, but under powered, 70hp on a 150hp rated boat was sad. Towing a tube with 2 people onboard was marginal.

We paid over 600 dollars for the boat, rope, certificate etc. We rented a certain boat initially but we asked if any of the boats had water skis they said another one had but that theyd have to charge extra. We said okay, they charged us extra and then it turns out there were no water skis in the boat. we rented the boat from 10 am till 6 pm and we went tubing and then the rope got stuck in the propeller and we got stuck in the middle of the lake. We didnt even use up half the time. It took us 10 calls to reach jk marine for help. The team was great mike and a young guy helped us. We left our phone number because of the accident and they said it was fine, but the next day they called us and charged us 270 dollars. I understand it was our fault but it was an accident and you guys called the people that are responsible for this place and they said it was fine and that we didnt have to pay as it was a common accident, but the next day you call and charge us 270? We spent 870 dollars and only used up 2.5 out of the 8 hours we rented it for and then once we were pulled to shore they told us it was fine that the rope got stuck in the propellor but didnt say anything about the time left that we paid for so we just left and gave them our number incase they needed anything and then they charge us with that much money the next day. First time coming here and I do not recommend this place at all.

We pulled up on the Marina’s beach to wait out a passing storm across the street in a restaurant. The wind blew my boat off the shore and the marina staff went and caught it for us and then we went and secured it to a doc until the storm passed. I can’t thank them enough for their quick action in the storm. They went out of their way and I’m very grateful. Highly recommend!!!

The service that J & L Marina staff gave us was Awesome!!! We came in and docked twice and their staff was right there helping dock as we had 4 young kids and 6 adults. They were always courteous and very helpful!!! Thanks to their staff. Will rent again.

Reliable pontoons. Decent price. Great service! I've never rented before and their service was fantastic! We stayed at resort on the lake so it was awesome to rent a pontoon and not have to load or unload it. Friendly staff. Prices are fine in my opinion just keep in mind you have to pay for the gas you used after.
