Jim’s a great guy, I brought my boat in after getting ran around the block by another dealer and within a week I had a completely new motor new controls and at a fraction of the price the other guys were quoting me

DO NOT take your boat here! 4 weeks no calls no word on our boat. Then went there and he says he can't get parts but wants to sell me a new motor over priced! Charged 100.00 diagnostic charge ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Listed as a platinum Evinrude repair facility. Had an electric issue with my Evinrude. Was told dropping it off that his tech “hated working on the Feicht”. After an inspection, I was informed what part had failed and that it was no longer available. A new motor was needed. Boat and motor are circa 2000. He offered to replace my motor with a 1995 for $5000. No thanks. $140 to look at it. Took my boat into another repair shop. They opened the motor, which remained disassembled from the tech at Jim’s now with a frayed wire from transport…. They fixed for $240. No parts actually needed, they were able to solder the loose piece. Back on the water. Parts are available. Not platinum. Not competent. Not returning. Find a computer. Update. Motor ran without failure all year. Planning more water time this year!
