Incompetence is the name of their game. Failure is the result of their best effort. Very misleading about the timeline, failed to mention that he only works 2 days a week. After waiting for my jet ski repair that was promised in 2-3 weeks for over 6 weeks, it broke my first time back on the water. Returned the ski and after another 6 weeks, got it back only to break again. The third time I brought the ski back, his wife was insulting and extremely rude, threatened me on the phone. Long story short, and many rude messages from his wife later, I lost an entire summer on my ski and it's still broken. He was unable to fix the ski and had to partially refund my money, which was $500 over the original agreed upon price. Take your ski somewhere else and save yourself time, money, and a massive headache from having to deal with this incompetent repairman and his unimaginably delusional wife.
