Charles and Joe did a fantastic job on a complex houseboat move for my family. Crazy amount of logistics to solution. All paid off. New engine works great and all systems are back online without issue.

HEAD FOR THE HILLS!! I Had my boat there three times over one year span issue was never fixed correctly but was charged for work I believe wasn't done. Took my to a competitor in Burlington and issue was fixed in less than a week. Thanks for wasting months of my time and thousands of my money. Don't Get played by this place. I'm being kind by not writing a full review of my nightmare

This week Charles and Jerry did a great job pulling my 58’ Sumerset and putting it on the hard for a new outdrive and general maintenance that all houseboat need on occasion. Charles communicated well throughout the process from beginning to end and did what needed to be done to get the job done swiftly and efficiently with no issues. A trait not heralded by most transporters. This is a service that all boat owners need here on Kerr Lake. I look forward to calling upon Charles again soon when service is done and boat returns to the lake for the Fall Season. Great Job!

A great buying experience on my Nauticstar Hybrid with Jeremy. Had a minor warranty issue and he handled it with professionalism, concern and resolved it with ease. It's nice to see a company stand behind their product and a dealership who helps through the process.

I ordered a Crest Tritoon on January 20, 2022 with the estimated receive date sometime in June. It got delayed, due to Crest, and it came in on a Friday afternoon at 2 pm in July. Jeremy and his ENTIRE staff stayed until 8:30 pm to get my boat completed that same day for pickup because we had plans for the boat that weekend. I was super impressed by that level of customer service commitment and I am forever thankful for all of their hard work on that day. I love my boat and I would certainly recommend Jet Joe's Marine as a great place to buy a boat. You just don't find that level of customer service very much these days. Great job Jeremy and crew! I really appreciate you all.
