Jekyll Harbor Marina

We always make it a point to bring our guests up the ICW to the Jekyll Harbor Marina. Staff is very good and very helpful. We appreciate the free use of bikes and a golf cart. Diesel also tends to be less expansive than the marinas in Florida.

Good beaches, bike trails and village during the day. This is your view… pretty much every evening.

This is an excellent full service marina! They have a restaurant on site and also offer complimentary bikes to explore the island. We spent a night the dock and then anchored out across the channel.

Only stayed one night, but enjoyed it, great deck crew and Samantha to welcome us, nice protected dock. Well located to explore the island, especially with the courtesy bikes (courtesy golf cart for 90 minutes was enjoyed for couple quick items at the store). Sadly too cold for the pool or hot tub, but had a great lunch at Zacharys, and appreciated the well cared for marina.

Great marina, great island. The marina was accommodating our requests to change our dates and location preferences. The dock hands were great. Staff was knowledgeable. Facilities include a HUGE grill area with seating for at least 20 people, a single burner, a buffet table, and string lights all right next to the pool. The pool was a clean small/medium pool next to the warm hot tub. Showers/toilets were clean and for marina users only. The restaurant was closed seasonally, but everyone said it was great. There is a marina cat. They have a small store with their merchandise and live bait. There's a fish cleaning station. Sunset is beautiful from the dock or bbq area. Good wifi. Family owned. Concerning the island, the marina provides a few golf carts for 1.5 hours that are first-come-first-serve and bikes anytime to explore the island. The island has the Atlantic Ocean, a historic town, mini golf, a seasonal water park, a sea turtle rescue, drift wood, restaurants and ice cream, and little shops. The entire island is beautiful, with the trees making archways with Spanish moss as seen in the pictures. Sailing to this marina is scenic, with an inlet to the ocean from either direction, many birds, not too far from other destinations, and you may see some dolphins if you are lucky. It's shoaly north of this marina, but there is a 6 foot tide to time. Negatives include the no see-ums that can crawl through regular mosquito netting in the spring, summer, and fall. The wider slips are on a face dock directly on the ICW. It's a no-wake zone, but occasionally, there is some wake rocking. It is not a good place to resupply because it is a tourist destination. As such there is less selection at higher prices, and stores won't deliver to the marina. Overall, I love this marina.
