Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shop. We went down to J M Marine in the first week of July, waited a month for an appointment to bring it in on 8/9. We asked for our steering wheel to be straightened, speedo fixed, leak checked, Bimini top hardware replaced, tower gaskets replaced and a few other cosmetic things done to the boat. After waiting for a month, we were told they already ordered the parts to repair our boat as asked. Turns out that wasn’t true. All they were worried about was adding a dripless system to get their labor, fine. We approved it, but they installed the wrong size, so they uninstalled and reinstalled our old broken housing. Nothing else we asked for was done. They sent us off with our boat not even strapped to the trailer, they had the anchor on our upholstery totally careless. When we met the owner Art, he told us they call him work of art… what a joke. More like piece of work. These people do not care, they do not communicate, they took 6 weeks of our summer to accomplish absolutely nothing. Charged us for the steering and Speedo… the steering cable is in the middle of the boat where the skis go and it wasn’t there before, and the Speedo still doesn’t work. If I could give 0 stars I would. Totally disappointed.

My 2009 Centurion was totally oxidized and looked terrible. Art and his crew made it look like brand new again. They also repaired a leaking propeller shaft seal along with some other items. I had work done on my previous boat by JM Custom Marine and was very happy with their work at that time as well. They are truly a "one stop repair shop". I highly recommend this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!

JM Marine repaired my Ski Nautique engine! I’m so happy with the result. They water tested it along with me to diagnose the major problems that needed repair. After researching and preparing a full estimate, they found and acquired a remanufactured engine block and were able to rebuild mine from there. This was a big job. I now have 85 hours on the new motor and am very happy with the performance. Thank you, thank you thank you!

We took our boat here for a FULL tune up. He called us telling us our boat needed X amount of work and when we declined and told him to just put it back together he “didn’t have time to” we go pick up our boat and he tried to charge us a outrageous amount and we told him no we pay for the labor of him taking apart the motor which is required to do a full tune up apparently. We got our boat took it to another marine mechanic and not all the parts were there so he had to go find the missing pieces. Don’t go to this place he’s a crook ! We are a young family with 5 children trying to make memories with them. People like him are this world’s problem! What happened to being a trusted and genuine mechanic.
