First time user. Had an appraisal to rebuild my transom on my gheenee. Seems reputable.... friendly and informative. Its been over 3 weeks after my appraisal, still waiting for a call to take it in. Owner said 2 1/2 weeks. I called and left a message. John at J3 finally called me and I took my boat in to get tge transom repaired. It only took him 4 days. And his work was excellent. I was extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend.
