Seems to be a nice store but having to call for price it’s awful

John in the parts department is an awesome guy. He took his time helping us out with a complicated part lookup on an antique mercury engine. Not only did he help us but he had the part in stock for this old antique engine. Thank you guys. And shoutout to John. The world needs more employees like this.

"Very disappointing experience. I visited their store seeking a hub for my boat and asked several questions, which they answered confidently. They even assured me they could work on my 1988 boat. However, when I called to schedule an appointment, they shockingly told me that my boat is too old and they only work on new boats.

Just had a great experience with Irwin Marine. I switched from another company and was glad I did. Dave picked up my boat in Westford, Ma last September and I told him that my Yamaha 90 VMax had never ran right since I bought it new 2 years ago despite having regular service and a tuneup. Turns out a spark plug wasn’t connected and Dave figured out the problem in a minute. Dave and his team serviced and delivered the boat yesterday with great communication. I started the boat and it was perfect, idling almost silent and powerful at full throttle. Also the delivery of the boat is into a tight spot here and Dave did it easily. Irwin marine was recommended by a good friend and I highly recommend them.

They had my motor for almost 5 months. Said I needed a new carb. Waiting for a carb that never came in. Friend of mine installed a new after market which he got in 2 days. Irwin gave me back my original carb in a baggie, and it was broken! My friend got the motor running like it's new. Very poor service from Irwin if you ask me!
