Interstate Marine and Outboard Service

Had to go in to get battery wires rewired and ended up leaving with more. I ended up adding a switch to turn my active target off, which i’ve always wanted. When he was done, he checked to make sure everything was working and hooked up correctly. Very honest and professional. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for good customer service and knowledgeable.

By far the best boat mechanic experience I have had. My boys and were I were fishing the state high school championship tournament on Lake Belton and we lost our forward gear. We were able to get to a launch and get the boat to a shop. The first shop we found could not help that day, but confirmed that we needed our lower unit repaired or replaced. I called Interstate and Dennis said that he actually happened to have a lower unit for our Mercury 200EFI. What a blessing! Denis said he could have it installed that day. We brought him the boat, he replaced the lower unit, and had us back on the water in the afternoon! His shop is clean, everything is in order, he knows his stuff and was a pleasure to work with. Thanks again Dennis! We will never forget this. You are a legend!

Dennis is an amazing business owner and fellow boater. Easy to communicate with, honest guy who shoots you straight no matter the scenario. Willing to look and help on small repairs before getting elbow deep and then charging you more after the fact. I have always had good luck with bringing my boat in and getting it back within a 2-3 business days, but he appears to have gotten last time I drove by his yard. Loved having Dennis work on my boat. I read the numerous 5 star reviews and was sold before I took it in. He is very down to earth and very honest. His work was great! I needed a new starter and a tune-up on my inboard and his work was extremely fast considering I took my boat in during peak season. I was in and out in less than 2 weeks.
