Excellent service with setting up service on a recall on my boat seats. Very helpful

We had ‘end of season’ maintenance done to our pontoon boat at Holiday Shores Marina. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the work done in a timely manner. We have used this company before and will continue to do so. They also have other boating services and a well stocked store. Based on this and our past experience, my wife and i would recommend them.

Holiday Shores Marina helped us a great deal this year. My wife and I were looking for new waverunners. Jenna was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. She recommended waverunners based on our riding styles. We purchased two 2024 Yamahas. Justin was great about getting them ready and in the water for us to use by the next weekend. Jenna hit the nail on the head the skis we purchased were exactly the right fit for us and our riding style. At 10 hours we were ready for our first service. Justin made sure both skis were serviced and ready to go by the next weekend so we didn't miss any time on the water. Today, the day before Labor Day Weekend,(when I had all our kids coming up) one of the machines picked up a stick. Justin and Jenna were right there to get it flushed out and back out on the water in time for the 3 day weekend. If you are looking for waverunners or service, I highly recommend Holiday Shores Marina out. Thank you Jenna, Justin and entire Ward family for always going above and beyond!!!!

Absolutely amazing place! We have been dealing with them for many years and every time I go there, the experience is exceptional. I must say, Jenna is extremely remarkable at what she does! She is a “do the right thing “type of person and Goes above and beyond to make people happy. She has helped me on multiple occasions and has made me a loyal customer forever. I won’t take my business anywhere else! I wish I could give them 50 stars.

Hope you like getting yelled at. I rented a watercraft, I went out on it and a few minutes later one of the kids that works there came out on another watercraft to tell me that I was past a border that was difficult to see. I tool around on the craft some more when the kid comes out to yell at me again. It happened a 3rd time then he started following me around very close when I got mad and went back early. I paid a lot for that rental and was treated horribly. Customer service was bad too.
