If you looking for a hillbilly outfit to take your boat, this is your place. I was told they were 2 weeks out when I dropped it off which I'm ok with. It sat there for 4 weeks before they even attended to order the part only to find it was on back order. Had they checked the availability in the beginning, it wouldn't have sat there so long. Took it to Dixie Marine and it's already done. They need better time management skills.

Father-in-law brought his boat to this company for the reverse to be fixed $700 later said it was fixed they took it to the marina. Put it in reverse never went in reverse so the reverse was not fixed called them. They said bring it back will fix it Got there they tried to charge twice as much as they said originally would not give us the credit back for the 700. We had already spent horrible service horrible business. Please don’t use them.

My trim motor went out two weeks before a big fishing trip. I dropped my boat off the day after I called and they had it ready in a few days. Excellent service and communication.
