HML Boating Sales and Service

HML is a stand up company. I purchased a pre owned Carolina Skiff JVX 18 from them. Harrison was my POC and was super easy to deal with. They have master techs there who make sure things are going to work right, even on pre owned boats. They sent Jeff to do the wet test. That dude is also next level. Had a little issue when I got it home and he came out the next day to my dock and fixed it in no time flat. He's like a boat whisperer when it comes to fixing all the little do dads and widgets that are on boats. I'll defiantly be taking my boat there for anything in the future . They told me to call with any little question I have related to the boat. They didn't just quick sell the thing and then wash their hands. You can trust these guys.

Boating Sales and Service has a new owner with a certified Yamaha technician/mechanic in the shop. I liked what I heard from Chris Hood, the new owner, and decided to give them a try. Had an intermittent engine issue that was hard to diagnose. Kent in the shop kept at it until he found the hidden problem. Price was reasonable considering what shop time costs these days. I get the feeling that customer service and trustworthiness is back.

The lead mechanic did an outstanding job on my boat. He spoke to me about every detail prior to doing the job. Very happy with the customer service and the time it took to do the work. Highly recommended

I had the pleasure of doing business with Claude and Jim today. My family and I just transferred from NJ and were in the market for a golf cart. We had no idea how competitive the market was But these two made the process so easy. Their customer service and ability to develop instant rapport is off the charts. They personally delivered the cart and walked me through all the moving parts. We look forward to doing business with y’all again. I highly recommend them!:-)

Always willing to put up with my silly questions I have for my old Force 120 ... I think all they did was rebuild my Carbs and they have been there for me ever since. Left my boat with them while down there vacationing on the Crescent River about 2 years ago... Drove down when it was done.. they safely stored and looked after a few items that road down in the boat but would not fit in the truck for the return trip to Beaufort SC... Love their Pups Too.. Friendly Folks good service for sure too.. Techs are informative as well... Oh... If you take them a 97 Mercury Force 120... Be ready to here the truth :) lol! But they put up with me and my 85 Bayliner because it was my dads before he past and they know what it means to me to be able to take my Moms out in it...
