Hidden Harbour Marina

Great food, good service. Waiting for spring

Feb.25, 2025 My boat would not start so I took it to Hidden Harbour marine for service. No pressure in the bulb. other items: leak in the power steering and running hot, also, change the oil and filter. I get a call saying its ready. I'm told by the service manager, "we didn't start your motor" I get home and the boat wont start, the bulb is all air. After running up a 1686.06 bill on overpriced parts and poor labor, there response bring it back we'll make it right. I don't think so!

Whaler outboard overheating, would not run consistently. Took in for service and waited WEEKS to get it back. We are not talking two or three weeks here, it was 6 weeks before it was looked at. We had to take it back because it wasn't repaired. Came back weeks later to get it, boat still won't run. This has been going on for more than 2 years, back and forth multiple times! Thousands of dollars later the issues remain. The mechanics here cannot possibly know what they are doing, and it's not like they give you a discount when they can't figure out the issue! We will not use them and are literally driving to a new place to have this situation resolved. Avoid this shop at all cost!

Such hidden treasure! I was in the area for the wedding of my friends and this hotel was the closest one to the estate where the wedding took place. The hotel is very charming, has a very beautiful water and boat view, very clean, friendly stuff, plenty of parking, boat house also looks great. Breakfast was included in the price of the room which is nice. Thank you for my stay wonderful people! Anna from Poland 😊🤗

This place is why I got out of boating! I had two new engines installed during off season. Maiden voyage after install one overheated. Had to take it back then there was an electrical problem with the starters even though I had two new ones installed. Boat was down for weeks at the beginning of the season, then I just did not have confidence in their repairs. They did not seem very concerned that I spent almost $20000, and my boat was with them more than in the water. I had all of the extra work done to prevent issues during the season, but it did not matter. They may be nice people, but their mechanics are NOT good or knowledgeable and their prices are NOT competitive. I will NEVER use again, that is if I ever get back into boating after the foul taste they left me with!
