Jim has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to help me with my skis. He’s helped me out with getting the right parts, offered advice, even helped me remotely diagnose a ski over the phone when I couldn’t get it running right under load after a handful of mods. Hands down the best shop out there!

Hands-down the best jet ski shop around. Customer service and quick response was amazing… was willing to stay after hours to drop off my ski and after hours to let me pick up my ski.. I called him on a Sunday he took my ski in Monday and had it back to me on Wednesday running immaculate…

Picked up a couple 1996 seadoo xp’s that needed some work. These skis are old and parts are becoming harder to get. I walked in Jim’s place and thought I was in jetski heaven, he had everything I needed that i couldn’t find online and he was a wealth of knowledge for me and rebuilding these skis. Thanks Jim!

My 2008 Seadoo Sportster died on Saturday. AZ Jet Ski has done a bit of work for me in the past so I took it right over. The owner - Jim - stayed late Saturday, worked Sunday morning and by 2pm it's all fixed and back in my garage. New wear ring installed. Pretty spectacular service at a decent price. Thanks so much Jim! You came through for me again.
