Been a customer for over 15 yrs. HPS is the only place to go weather your buying a new machine or having work done on your current machine. They remember who you are no matter how long it’s been since you were last there. Doesn’t matter if you’re there to spend 30$ or 30,000 they treat you well no matter what.

Went to Hayward for a snowmobile trip from Ohio just bought a brand new Ski-doo from a different dealer. First day out had issues with the front shocks with the bolts coming loose. Also there was a bolt in the belly pan of the sled. When we tipped the sled on its side to Jerry rig bolts to hold the socks in to limp the sled back to the cabin the random bolt that was in the belly pan had rolled into the magneto and did some damage when I started the sled up. Sled was In a no start situation trailer it over to Hayward power sports the next day. They hooked me up and had the sled fixed up and running in bout 6 hours! They saved my trip and were fast friendly and just top notch business! Can not recommend these guys enough! Even if you aren’t having issues stop in check out there parts and gear Great place! Had the best experience buying a new sled from Hayward Power Sports. Actually both my boyfriend and I got one. Joe was extremely friendly, showed us options, and listened fully to the things we wanted and hoped for. Jane in financing was just as amazing. Parts dept and service dept also great. Overall best experience I could have hoped for and now I have a place for all my snowmobile needs. If you are thinking of going here, 100% you must go!

Outstanding customer service. Purchased a sled from them and asked to get studs put it, they had it done the same day. Recommend you buy from them and have equipment serviced or maintained here!

Hayward Power Sports mad rental of a pontoon boat super easy. The boat was great and well-outfitted with equipment. The bought was delivered and picked up on time. Casey and Brian and others were all super helpful. I recommend this business and will likely use them again.
