Wes & his crew have been servicing my boat for years. Not once have I ever had to have anything re-done. It's fixed right the first time. They're good with communication & updates, and definitely go above & beyond the call.

Multiple attempts to communicate with this group. They’re either too busy, very forgetful, or just don’t care. Likely a combination of all three. Led me on for weeks by telling me they’d “get to it in the next few days” but that never happened. I finally took the hint. Tried to give them my business. Not again.

Harbor Marine is the BEST! Wes and his staff is always there when we need them. They have been doing maintenance on our older boat for 5 years and has taken great care of us. Whenever we have an issue its taken care of ASAP. . Thank you Wes and staff for giving us peace of mind out on the lake.

I'll change my review when I get my dang boat back! They've had it since the end of May. It's July 23rd!!! And we waited 2 months before they even looked at it! I'm getting very impatient waiting on repairs that should've been done right the 1st time. Instead, we were told "good to go" and the boat nearly exploded!

Very slow service/communication. It took nearly a year to have a power steering actuator replaced. I do realize there was a shortage on parts, but a year? I was given all sorts of reasons for the delay. When my complaints finally reached the owner he contacted me in a very aggressive manner as if it was my fault. No apologies whatsoever. Not the way a customer should be treated. They are a busy shop and do not really need my business, I suppose.
