We are so grateful for the team at Han's! They have given us the utmost best customer service! Every service and every time we have added features to our boat they have been excellent. Even we needed emergency help with our rig they came to our rescue and save our vacation! If you are in need of a great boat shop, Hans is your place.

Had a very smooth buying experience coming from out of state. The mechanic noticed a very small issue with the boat as I was looking at it and insisted he take care of it, which I greatly appreciated. Office staff was friendly and helpful. A+++ for these guys.

I recently purchased a used Mastercraft from Hans Boat Works. The sales and finance personnel were great. They worked with me on the price and delivery options. The boat is in near perfect condition. Hans Boat Works discovered a slightly worn-out seat cover and are having a replacement seat cover shipped to me at no additional cost. They are also having a replacement mirror shipped to me at no additional cost.
I would definitely recommend Hans Boat Works.

20 year customer lost forever.
Let me first say, Hans is a great man and the best boat mechanic I've ever met, but over the past 5 years, one of his employee mechanics just did us wrong.
There is way too much to detail, but I got him to admit he missed the problem in 2016 when we were charged $2300.00 for repair, he also missed the same problem this year 2021, costing us $2600.00+ for the same problem that was supposed to be fixed in 2016 and we still are not fixed correctly, just a band-aid till it breaks again.
The mechanic won't own up to his mistake even though I got him to admit he made the mistake.
If I were anybody reading this, please head my advice and be very careful if you are using this establishment. I will go elsewhere from here on out, they do not stand by their work.

We were stoked to have thought we found our boat. From first glance, the master craft looked like it might be a great buy. After driving 4.5 hours to look at a what was to be spotless exterior and interior with all the bells and whistles we were highly disappointed. A 50k boat that had a pretty clean exterior but destroyed interior. A seat had been replaced with a mis matched leather seat with gapping. The leather was filthy and sun damaged. Oil and grime underneath once cushions were lifted. Speakers sounded terrible. Gel coating had yellowed in areas. Trailer tires that were said to have been replaced recently were stamped 2007...12 years old that never would have made a tow home in 100+ degrees. Really disappointed with Hans. Honesty is always key. I hope no one gets mislead again. Never good for business.
