Very knowledgeable person assisted me with my purchases. Took the time to listen to my concerns and responded with a great deal of professionalism. Impressive to say the least. Don't often get an employee in most retail establishments that have a lot of knowledge and are willing to listen and share information with you. Or, provide the Customer Service that you'd need.

Needed my outboard serviced, wanted a knowledgeable staff, wanted a place that takes appointments, and does the work quickly so I can get out fishing!. They met my requirements, totally satisfied. Thanks!

I bought a consignment G3 Yamaha fishing boat two years ago from them. It worked perfectly but decided we were not using enough. I called the guy Tim in sales who made my experience great. They were not able to consign for a couple weeks but gave me advice on how to sell myself until then. Sold it today for a great price and the guy was happy too! If I buy another boat Tim at Hannay's will be first call. He goes out of his way to help.

My husband purchased a 2006 Larson from Tom earlier this year at Hannay’s. It was a wonderful boat and the sales service was great. Unfortunately, Lake Mille Lacs sunk our boat on our honeymoon. Once we got it out of the lake, we brought it right away to Hannay’s Marine per Tom’s instructions. They were very helpful but unfortunately the Larson was a total loss. Tom once again provided excellence service when my husband then purchased a brand new 2022 Stingray. With all the paperwork and insurance calls between the two boats, Hannay’s Marine handled it all and made the process seamless. We have been very happy with the service we have received by Tom and all the staff at Hannay’s. They also provide winterizing services and storage for the off season that we have taken advantage of, again making the process simple. We will definitely keep using their services for years to come.
