Great parts department! Customer service is fantastic

We just purchased a 2024 Sportsman 232 Open from Hanckel Marine. Brandon Ziel was our Salesman. He did a fantastic job taking us through different options we could get on our boat. To say we are thrilled would still seem understated. This was a big decision and with Hankel we made a terrific decision. We also were given the best overview of our boat I have ever seen and we heard it “Live” from the man who actually configured it for us. With dual 12” touch screen Garmin’s this new boat is technology driven literally. We also got the best overview of our trailer and tips for putting it in and out of the water. I have owned two boats from a competitor right down the road. We never got that on either purchase. After council from Brandon Ziel we opted for the Minnkota Riptide Terrova Saltwater Trolling Motor. So no throwing and retrieving an anchor from the Charleston jetties. Full boat charging is so nice to have. Bottom line you have honest people who truly value customer service. Hanckel Marine is the Best of the very Best!

Bought a 231 sportsman from Bill, he was super patient with all my questions and walked me thru everything and still continues to answer my questions when I have them. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Have my boat in currently for 20 hour service and really nothing on warranty side to have fixed just a couple of adjustments on latches. Highly recommend!

I went here just to buy a small part for my motor, everyone was super friendly and took care of me like I was family. Very knowledgeable and the sales staff was very helpful. Prices are much better than 🦭 down the street from them. Hankel has a new customer for sure now!

Great service as always through Parts department. Always have the part or can order for Yamaha and Suzuki that I use. Great sales department Bill and Brandon are awesome team. You can tell the owner has done his homework on employees and facilities. Thanks Milo and team for keeping COA floating. Just picked up four new Yamaha's and excited for the breakin!
