One of the best run businesses I have seen. Purchased a boat there and while I was there I noticed how well the Marina is run and the little extras they do. Place is immaculate, docks are perfect and watching the dock hands help members dock, flush and cover the boats was great.

I bought a pre-owned boat here. The process was easy and fast. The salesperson, Cary, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I was able to use the boat a few weekends before winterizing it and I love the boat. Thank you!

Hello I’m Henry I was leaving Montauk heading back home to amity harbor Monday august 28 on my boat coming through lox to find out it as closed is the hinge broke and the crane couldn’t open it until both sides of the lox had even tides which was 6 hours later and doing this trip myself many times I had my mother and sister aboard with me as an experience of a lifetime they asked if they can take with me so we wind up at the gas dock to ponder upon what to do wait it out , drive back to Montauk fuel up again and take ocean home rent slip here if possible leave boat come back in few days when I can work it into my schedule I decide to throw gas on my tank just to buy time and talk about what to do . So the kids at gas dock were so respectful courteous and helpful they arranged us with a transit slip took there shoes off as they jumped on my swim platform to toe my boat up , then they told us at oir convenience go to the office to see someone about paying for the slip so I find the office and we walk into this beautiful well kept facility I see a women named Katie ! At her desk and ask about inquiring for a slip for an unknown time anywhere from 6 hours for the time lox was being closed all the way to per day price she gives me very reasonable but most importantly as I was undecided yet when she realized I may only need 6 hours roughly she said don’t worry about it and I said but if I decide to leave the boat overnight you won’t be here in the morning when you get back Is I need leave for work and come back for boat later on she was so helpful and understanding if my situation with the lox being broken and didn’t charge me or take a card on file to make sure I didn’t skip out , most places and people would take advantage of other peoples misfortune situation and charged a boater for whole day whether they used an hour or the day especially a random person I was so take back and I appreciated so much and considering what happened later that night when the lox opened and we got to the moriches bay and boat US left us to die and there are good people out there in this world still and don’t look at everything as a dollar sign so i decided I want to order breakfast to this marina to show my appreciation for the free transit slip I found my receipt for canal cafe and called them they told me the name of the marina so them I googled it and that’s when I came across all these reviews and decided to chime in ! They get my business forever anytime I do out ways trips I’ll gas up there versus elsewhere ajd always recommend and when need transit slip go to them ! I can only say the best about Hampton Watercraft & Marine. They have been maintaining my boat for the last four years now and the level of service I have been receiving has been outstanding. I find their prices to be fair and they are always accommodating when I drop off or pick up my boat. During the most recent maintenance of my boat, I mentioned something really minor to them and they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease about it. They sent their transporter to pick up the boat at my house (great guy and extremely conscientious), fixed a few things, changed a few parts, tested everything again to make sure that everything was ok (they did not want to take any chances), washed the entire boat and dropped it back at my house a few days later. And all of this at no charge! James Rogers, aka Jimmy, handled the whole process and was a true pleasure to communicate with. Long story short, I would highly recommend Hampton Watercraft & Marine to a friend.

This is the best Marina in the Hamptons, second to none. The dock hands are always ready to assist you with docking, ice, or whatever you need. The marina is clean, well organized, and the docks are in great shape. We bought our new Boston Whaler here too. Tom & Rob answered all of our questions and showed us around the boat. They both spent a lot of time with us and not once did we feel pressured, they gave us a fantastic deal as well. I highly recommend buying your new Whaler from Hampton Watercraft & Marine and if you can, I’d recommend keeping your boat there as well.
