Great place to buy or have a boat repaired. Very knowledgeable staff. Halls also has the best tackle selection in the area for rods, reels and tackle, to cover all of your needs.

This review is a follow up from my 2022 experience. In March of 2022, I sat down with employee Austin at his desk and designed a new 2023 Phoenix 721pro. Austin was very familiar with the details, accessories and color scheme of the boat. We went inch by inch on the boat and put the data into the computer. 100 days later, I got the call from Austin to come and pick up my new 2023 Phoenix. It was exactly how we designed it. I love my Phoenix boat and I'm thankful for the exceptional customer service provided by Austin and Hall's Marine. This countries customer service isn't the same today as it was in the 80s and 90s. However, Hall's Marine is the exception. If you want a live person on the phone, competent and knowledgeable service at a fair price, then Hall's Marine is where to go! Bass fisherman are a different breed, demanding excellence at all times. Hall's Marine will meet your demands. Lastly, they have a good inventory of tournament/quality fishing equipment. I can't say enough about my positive experience working with Hall's Marine on purchasing my Phoenix 920 Elite bass boat. The day I ordered the boat, I sat with Austin in his office and we put it together. He was very honest, knowledgable, and did not try to oversell me on anything. The boat was delivered on time and the technician/mechanic was very thorough going over the boat. I brought the boat home in March 2023 and ran it from then until December and it has been flawless. I have had no interference issues with my electronics, no issues with rigging or screws coming loose or mounts. They also helped me out with some technical questions I had about rigging a different boat and their customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase/build a boat and it really felt like a quality family run business which is so hard to find anymore. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Bought two boats from them, and dealt with Austin both times. First boat got rear ended and totalled. Austin and Chad were super helpful in dealing with the process and getting me into a new boat. Great people to work with!
