Gregg Orr Marine & RV Service Center - Hot Springs

Purchased a boat from Gregg Orr Marine on Central ave. in Hot Springs and My sales associate was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wanted to take the boat with me the day of purchase but he insisted we have the service center go through the boat completely and get it detailed. I was extremely happy with his suggestion, and we scheduled a pick up time later in the week and when I went to pickup the boat it was absolutely perfect. Awesome customer service all the way around. Top notch customer service.

Worst service i had with a 65k boat and cant even get a replacement for battery bank charger being under warranty. Took the boat around 12-14-2024 had boat there almos 2 months pick up to go fishing with out charger and being waiting for charger to come back. Call today and the had the order mark as done never coming back to this place. Today is 3-4-2025 and cant get service to do something about boat craks and charger

Randy, the service manager, strung me along for 7 days, "waiting on parts," that I have now orderd myself for overnight delivery. All while we spent hundreds of additional dollars to pause our travels. I feel totally manipulated and we are seriously behind schedule. What a waste of time and energy! If one can not or will not do the work they shook hands on, they should just say so. The real shame is that the technician, Jon, seemed super capable and creative and we were looking forward to working with him. I know this is a 2 hour job at most. Now my large family, with small children, is on its second week with no bathroom because I put my trust in this business. I'm sure I'll calm down, but for now I'm furious as I walk a kid to use a filthy public toilet again!

Even though I was hesitant because of past customer service issues, Randy Nickels and the crew at Gregg Orr Marine & RV Service really came through. They were super busy, but they still made time to take care of my needs while juggling other projects. It was a total game-changer for me, and I’m grateful for their hard work and dedication.

First off I have been a repeat customer of Gregg Orr for many vehicles, 2 campers, and a boat. But this last RV purchase has been a nightmare. We purchased the bumper to bumper 7 year warranty but when we took it in for our first issues they told us we didn't have the warranty unless we kept proof of it. Which luckily we did. They they said oh, well we'll look into it. Then after repairs we still owe $700. Why even get the warranty if y'all don't keep it on file or honor it?? It'll be my last time buying from Gregg Orr
