Do not purchase from this scam shop. Other reviews are fake. They will glady take your money, then when you need repairs, they will make you wait for months and cause more problems. It's been 3 years and they haven't fixed my Honda engines. In fact, they damaged them and won't accept responsibility. I'm currently working with Honda directly for a solution. DO NOT TRUST GREAT BAY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I recently bought a 2021 Blackfin boat from Great Bay Marine and was really impressed by the entire process, from negotiating the deal through the final delivery. Craig, the sales manager, handled my purchase personally and did his very best to assure everything went smoothly. The pricing was more than fair, especially in these times, and they took care of everything including financing, insurance and arranging a sea trial prior to closing. Everyone on their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to put in the extra effort to make the entire experience a real pleasure. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a boat on Long Island, or elsewhere for that matter, to give them a call. I think you will be very pleased with that choice!

I recently bought my first new boat at Great Bay Marine in Islip. My experience was and still is completely excellent. My process started about 6 months prior to actually closing. During those 6 months I down select new boat brands, saw used boats, went on sea trials and evaluated options to sell my current boat. I ultimately decided to trade-in my current boat and buy a new replacement. Craig is my guy. Craig was always available, patient, fair and Honest. While Craig is in Sales he was my POC for all aspects of the process, ensuring consistent awesome customer service. The trade-in was fair, the Robalo 242 Explorer I selected has met all my expectations and the service center personal have been dependable and great to deal with. I would and hopefully will, do it all over again in the future! Thank you to the whole Great Bay Team.

Bought this Robalo 160 sight unseen from Craig. I’ve bought boats up to 45’. The level of service Craig offered was better than some yachts I’ve bought. I came picked up and boat was clean (even though it was raining for 3 days straight.) Tim also was more than helpful on the delivery. Do yourself a favor and see Great Bay Marine and work with some good guys!
