You want me to rate our experience for your tour boat the Hakuna Matata? You advertised & booked for a 1 hour tour on 10/19/2024 that was to start at 2:30 PM & end at 3:30 PM. We bought 4 senior tickets, & 2 adult tickets. The boat did not leave the dock till 2:35 PM, & we were back at the dock at 3:15 PM. So what we got is a ripoff! How the heck is this a 1 hour sightseeing tour? The boat did not go very far up river, then decreased it's speed coming back, to milk out time, & still cut it short by 15 minutes. So what we got was a short 40 minute boat ride. Would I recommend your tours to anyone else? HECK NO! Give your customers what they pay for & what you advertise. You gave us a false advertising scam ripoff! We were thinking of maybe going on one of your dinner tours, but because we got ripped off on this one, I don't think so!

The cruise was enjoyable. Perfect weather. Friendly staff. I'd recommend new speakers because we couldn't hear much, plus what we did hear was very poor quality. Drinks were great!

The Food and service were both amazing. We really enjoyed the cruise, and the Captain was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you for the opportunity to see the Great Rivers of the Mississippi.

This was such a wonderful cruise! Everything was outstanding. The staff was so attentive to everyone on board! Served everyone, offered to snap pictures and came around regularly to each table to take any trash. I will definitely be taking this cruise again in the future. Go try them out!!

This is my first cruise with a meal (have done the 2 hour cruises several times) and the food was absolutely fantastic!! The BBQ'd pork steaks were tender enough to cut with a plastic fork and the fried chicken was just like Grandma's. So tasty and plenty to fill you up. I am right now booking another dinner cruise! The food, ambience, crew everything was top notch!!! So glad I found this gem. 5 stars all the way!!!!
