This is a relatively small boat launch. Our experience was on Thursday, Aug 29, which was a cool overcast day and no boat traffic to speak of. We were greeted by the attendant and informed of the ramp condition (low water) and their practices for preventing invasive species transfer. This included a brief verbal survey and also a boat wash, trailer bunker detail wash a 1 min. Engine run on muffs, and an Anchor spray off if used recently. We have a slightly large boat for this ramp (Four Winns 258 Pocket Cruiser), and we discussed the launch depth concerns. As it worked out, we used the left (deeper) Easterly ramp, and there were no issues. The minimum water depth on the way out briefly measured 1.8 feet, but generally, about 2.2 feet. This was adequate for a 7,000# cruiser. I would guess there to be less than two dozen parking slots. We were given 4 helpful pamphlets and some brief information about the lake. The sun finally came out, and we are enjoying our first visit to Glen Lake. We spent the last two days on Crystal lake and the water was spectacular.

Used this ramp to access both Glenn Lakes. Great water view of Slleping Bear Dunes.

We came to see Torch lake and Crystal lake but Little Glen lake stole the show for me! Beautiful sandy beaches, aqua clear water, a light house, white cap small waves! Spectacular!

Get here early if you don't want to park out on the road. Launch itself is nice. Parking lot has been muddy every time we go. The lake though is worth every effort to get on it. Note: There is someone to power wash and flush out the engine to minimize invasive species. Painless process. Enjoy!

Nice little launch. Its pretty shallow and can get a bit wavy as the wind blows right into it, so if you have a small boat you'll want to be careful about water coming over the transom.
