Gibby's marine repair

Unprofessional in many aspects. Does not answer phone. Had our boat for engine repair for a YEAR and a HALF. Despite us calling and visiting all the time. When we finally got our boat back with a “rebuilt engine” it was filled with mold. Took us two days to clean it up and it is mildew stained beyond repair. Our boat straps were gone. Then the first day we take the boat out, it stops running after about 20 minutes. Will never work with this guy again. He should be out of business.

Horrible at responding to voicemails and answering the phone in general. Good guy to work with if you can ever get ahold of him.

I sent my boat for weatherization and can't get through just busy signals

Mr Gibby and crew fixed my boats running issue. Not many boat fixing games in central Illinois. They did it correct and fairly priced. Thanks Gibby.

Called about getting a winterization done on my boat. The guy was rude off the bat. I asked him about the process of winterization to make sure that he knew what he was doing. Not everybody knows how to do this process but will tell you they do so they can make a quick buck. Told me he wouldn't explain it to me because it was a long process. Horrible customer service skills. Also charging $150 when other better places are charging $125. No thanks
