Wasn't sure what to expect - but I tried other bike repair shops - and was never able to get two issues fixed that I had communicated. Not only did Get Outdoors deliver - their service level was far beyond my expectations - and the price was right. I will definitely be back for any bike needs.

This place is a gem. Favorite bike shop. The technical knowledge of the staff is the best you will find. They can fix just about any problem you have with your bike. Also while my bike was being fixed I had a chat with the water sports side of the store and they have some awesome kayaks.

Absolutely the best bike shop I’ve ever experienced. Chris, the owner, and his entire team go above and beyond to make sure you and your bike are well taken care of. They’re not just focused on making a sale—they genuinely care about your needs and always provide thoughtful, expert advice. The staff is both knowledgeable and welcoming, making each visit an enjoyable experience. While I haven’t personally explored their kayak section, I have no doubt it's as exceptional as their bike services. This shop has been a game-changer for me, and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a shop that truly puts customers first, look no further. Will at the paddle shop is an amazing repository of info regarding boats and where to paddle them! He’s also got an amazing crew of others that have been amazing to work with. I wish I remembered his name but they’ve got a guy there doing boat repairs that is just phenomenal. You can’t even see the plastic weld he did on my wife’s boat after I cinched it onto a rack too hard. This would be a 5 for the paddle shop alone but the bike shop folks are just as helpful. They went above and beyond helping me get a discounted replacement for my daughter’s helmet after she smashed it. It was outside the MFG’s replacement window but they still gave a discount 😁 Amazing shop

Fantastic outdoors store! They're incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service is spectacular! We drive an hour in one direction just to see them. I purchased my 1st full suspension mountain bike from them today and I'm completely blown away with how helpful they were! Answering all our questions and giving honest advice. They're clearly passionate about what they do and really want to share their love of their outdoor hobbies with others. I highly recommend GetOutdoors Pedal and Paddle! I'm now looking forward to visiting them in the future with awesome stories about my adventures on the trail! ❤️
