I had a bad experience with the customer service of an online order. I placed an order on 4/13 and on 4/16 they sent me a USPS tracking number. However, the tracking number never got updated. On 4/25, I reached out to them for an update, and they responded that they would send another order, but they wanted to wait for a few days to see if the tracking number got updated. If it didn't, they would email me a new tracking number. It's now 5/2, and there has been no movement on the tracking number, and I have not received a new tracking number.
