Gator Power/Sports Marine ATV/Tractor Service?s

My wife left a review and Gator replied and called it a "Fake Review" so I'll provide more detail so everyone knows who they are dealing with when working with Gator. Our boat was overheating this summer so I called Gator and after replacing the water pump and charging ($1800 – which included an oil change) they returned the boat. However, within 10 min of using the boat, it overheated again. They returned to pick up the boat , but this time they wanted another $4500 to rebuild to the top end of the engine. By this time I didn't trust them so I took my boat to another repair shop who found that Gator did not clean out the pieces of broken impeller (pictures attached) and therefore the thermostat was blocked and did not work. The other (much more reputable shop) also said the engine is perfectly fine!! In other words Gator messed up their repair and then wanted to charge me for a completely unnecessary top end engine rebuild!! Gator is INCREDIBLY DISHONEST! Avoid them at all cost! Not only that, when they took the boat, they ripped nearly every snap off the cover (pictures attached). I asked them to return 5 times to repair the cover snaps…each time they said they will be there tomorrow…however they never showed up. I also told them they needed to tow my overheating boat back to the dock, again they assured me that they would but instead lied to me and drove it back….what type of boat repair shop drives an overheating boat instead of towing it? Gator has a very bad reputation in my neighborhood however I choose to ignore my neighbor’s advice – now I know better. Also, take notice of how Gator responds to unfavorable reviews online - instead of taking accountability like a professional business would, they reply in most spiteful and aggressive way possible. That is the type of customer service you can expect if you choose to use them.

They charged us $1800 and return the boat in worse condition than it was. While working on our boat, they ripped off most of buttons on our boat cover. How careless is that?! After promising to fix, they never showed up. Have not dealt with a business with less customer care.

They came and picked up my jet ski from my home and returned it for me. They did a complete service and cleaned it up. It looks great and I will definitely be using them for years to come. Thank you for great service.

I dropped of my 2023 SeaDoos off for some repairs to be done after the dealership I bought them from told me that it would be 3 weeks before they could get to them. The owners have f Gator Powersports, Grady and Gene were very nice people and were also very positive and optimistic about getting my skis repaired. Long story short they took my skis in and got right to work on them and they were ready to pick up 24 hours later. I highly recommend them! Thanks again y'all!!! I really appreciate it!

Phenomenal Service all around. Boat was fully serviced, and detailed for an incredible price, the customer service is top notch, and the pick up and delivery exceeded my expectations.
