Forest View Marina

Be careful you will be screw up by them. ( MIKE and his sister i believe her name is Lis ) my mechanic sent me over there to fix the boat and i took it there I bought the parts it needs they fix it ( but didn't fix it ) and they charge $4000 for the labor and they didn't give me any warranty for the labor, i gave Them a check but they didn't want the check they asked for cash, ( becasue they screw people so the check they get probably get cancel ) they didn't release the boat till I payed them 4 thousand dollars in CASH, 1 hour after i left, my boat stoped in the river( lock room ) where the boat enter to the lake from river, Stay away from this marine.

It's a great place to store your boat or put it in Or out the water.

I took my boat for service two months ago because I good friend of mine recommended the place.. so far the worst experience I ever had when it comes to customer service they don't answer my calls they don't give me my boat back they told me they were going to order some pieces and the UPS guy doesn't get it on time any been going like that for two months and I can get the boat fixed the season is over and I'm not going to be able to use the boat when I going to end up spending more than $3,000 I took the boat for only $150 inspection fee I really don't know what's going on but this place and the reason I leave in this review is because I cannot get in touch with the owner Alyse or Mike I understand that sometimes could be difficult dealing with some customers I'm just trying to get some answers when I'm paying for.. at this point I don't know if it's better just to report with the Best Business Bureau.. been sitting there for months waiting for a part that never gets in the mail someone please help out

There is a lot of trust we place in a marina to take care of a large investment like our boat. From the beggining Forest View was quick to answer any questions and always keeps communication lines open. It has been a pleasure working with Alyse, Mike, and the rest of the professional crew at Forest View Marina. I trust them with my Chaparral.

Mikey and the crew always are well liked by his customers and always store the boats with care Large indoor and outdoor yards for boat storage Shrink wrapping done on site If you live in the Chicago area and need storage or services for your boat give Forest View Marina a call JC
