Launch is shallow and excellent for launching kayaks. The parking is limited and on most days, all the parking spaces are taking up by local kids. This is a very popular spot for hanging out, drinking, etc.. Lots of trash and broken glass bottles lately. Takes away from its intended purpose, "Fisherman's access"

Its more than a boat ramp. Its a great jumping off spot to take a walk with the dog along farm pond. Fishing, mtn bike riding, and outdoor fun all within minutes walk.
