I had my boat there for years. Back when john williams owned it And one summer with the new owners. The new owners have definitely made improvements. The problem is that the owner joe is arrogant and ignorant And a narcissis . If you're not from Jamestown or a pilot.
You are basically a nobody. This is my p o v. On fairwinds marina and ownership

This marina is a joke!! I signed a contract for a spot and when came time to put boat from the land storage to put in water at the dock they said they gave the spot to someone else. Had things stolen off my boat and they did NOTHING about it. I had a lock on my trailer so someone couldn't hook up to my boat and take it and they decided to move my boat in which they broke my lock off and while breaking the lock they ended up damaging my trailer by putting a giant hole in my trailer and dented it all up. Why they just didn't call and ask to take the lock off for them. They said they will not pay for the damages. They also think they can go on your boat whenever they want and go through your things which I have caught on camera. They also like to change the prices all the time too. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Whoever makes all the decisions at this Marina whether it be owners or Marina Manager, they are absolutely amazing and professional . I cannot believe the difference between how the Marina looks now with current ownership versus previous ownership. It's like night & day! That's not to sound negative towards previous owners, it was nice then too but they had a different vision but I like The Fairwinds vision. The former asphalt parking area outside the South side of the Marina office has been completely removed and replaced with thick green grass with walking paths made from crushed quahog shells making the paths pop pearl white within the grass Fairwinds also installed picnic tables. They even acquired a former neighbor home and inquired within the Marina property perimeter, turning into a public ice cream stand. The piers and docks look great as work continues on a big reformation. They also have a floating fuel dock that lets boaters pull up in their boats, tie off for a few minutes while fuel tanks are being topped off. The price of their slips is less than $00. 00 per foot last I checked, wifi, electric hookup and rest room facilities included. In another year this Marina will be one of the Top Marina's in Warwick. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Fairwinds marina is the "New Pearl" of Warwick Cove.
The marina is clean and has all new facilities, including a clubhouse day room, and two heads, and a new shower.
The main office has been completely remodeled with an entirely new floor plan.
The floating docks have all been upgraded. "NICE"!
This is a first class marina for the small, to mid sizes yachts, upwards of 40 + foot.
I am told that they planning on opening a small food court for their client's, guest and visitors.
The fees at Fairwinds marina are very reasonable.
Fairwinds marina has a great security camera system, and the marina is Security Gated. The club house and heads require a pass code for security.
I'm sure you will enjoy this Marina and what it has to offer close to Iggy's, Top of the Bay, and Christopher's Landing. Not to mention a short walk to Oakland Beach, where you might find a carnival.
You're also not far from Salks Hardware and Marine Supply, and gas stations, and grocery stores.
Warwick Cove is home to one of the largest fleets in Rhode Island. And enjoys access to the middle of the bay, where you can go points north or south. I myself like to venture between the islands of Patience and Prudence. It's just a few minutes ride by boat. And Newport is just delightful Cruise away.
This is also a great launching point to see the air show at Quonset.
I highly recommend Fairwinds Marina for your boating pleasures, and convenience of being on the water at a dock ready to go!
