Great spot for a public access. We started at Deep Ford public access which is about 4 miles upstream.
Big Sugar Creek was a bit low when we went. Be sure to go after some rain.

Nice place to relax always kept up never use the rest room but its got some, a boat ramp for small watercraft. I mostly go there to fish.

I come here as often as possible. It's cool just to come out and relax on the grass and watch the people head out on their floating trips. I catch a few rays and maybe do some writing. It's quite peaceful, especially once it's quitted down in the later evening-time.

If you're interested in a good float trip look no further. Get in here and float to mt Shira access takes a good 5+ hrs and plenty of gravel bars to pull off and party. Beautiful scenery and awesome people to meet. Please drink responsibility friends

Good little fishing spot, definitely worth a try. Caught these two within 15 mins of pulling up.
