Always a great place to either park your truck launch your boat or pick up some bait, very relaxing small place, that is definitely convenient! pull up on your boat or in your truck and get what you need and go. The staff are very friendly!

Love Eldred's. Used the launch several times and is much less crowded than the county ramp. The people are so nice when we go to get bait.

Great stop for live bait, they sell shrimp, they separate them into tanks for the bigger ones and charge more for those. However, if you didn't get them before you got there, you just pay the price. Eldred's is reachable by boat and vehicle. Bathrooms available and slips for your boats or pontoons on the water. My 24' Tritoon fit right into the slip, got what i needed and got out of there. There is a 15 min dock limit. They sell snacks so if you forgot to pack a lunch, you can still get something to munch on while here.

Nice place to put your boat in and out of the water for a $10 fee, not much different than using a Charlotte County hourly pay to park establishment. They have two slips to accommodate you. They also have a separate kayak launching spot. There is plenty of parking out front and additional parking in the rear. They have bathrooms on site, but we didn't use them, so I can't say much about them. There are also a few picnic tables in the front of the one building and a bench down by the boat slip, which is nice. We noticed they had a few campers on the grounds with a sign that says for campers only, but sorry, I don't know much about it.
