Nice spot to watch people kayaking or canoeing, made some dehydrated chili for lunch before our hike along the river, and Lake Michigan shoreline. This place also had an open restroom, which is nice since seasonal ones at park were closed.

Great place to launch your floating tubes to have a great drinking day on the river. Takes you straight out to Lake Michigan!

Very nice place. It's a bit crowded on the weekends. If you are gonna tube then beware you may have to get off and walk some because the current is so slow the wind will push you back. But beautiful area.
