Don's Marine Center

Don is the best. Does the job right at a great price. There are a few repair shops closer to me, but I never regret driving the extra miles to give Don my business.

Old school, done, done right! Two problems for me this week on a outboard. Problems gone thanks to Don’s Marine. I’m 76 years old and haven’t seem service like this in a every long time. Good work at a reasonable price, thank you guys!!!!

While on our way to Tennessee, the dolly pulling our car behind our RV had a wheel bearing that blew up. After calling 4 auto repair places, Don's Marine Center was the only one who would even look at it. He spent a little over 2 hours in 90+ degree sun fixing the tow dolly, and I'm pretty sure he didn't charge nearly enough. So thankful that there are still good people in the world like Don.

Donny is the best around when it comes to mercury engines. He worked on my 1984 40 HP for 3 years, and now has worked on my 2004 150 EFI for 4 years. He will fix your motor if it is a mercury. Guy is very smart and works quick, fair prices and has done everything on my boats from winterization, water pumps, electrical, new clutch, and much much more over the years. The most impressive story was when I bought my 150, it was mounted at a slight angle so water was not running into the motor evenly on the bottom, causing it to overheat. Donny figured it out after a few looks, (we went though the motor up and down before) - he took the motor off with a lift and remounted it straight. No one would have figured that out except him, was literally like 1/2” uneven. Bottom line - it you want your mercury motor to run, bring it to Donny.

Don and Melissa are amazing. Always have what I need in stock and are very professional. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy and satisfied. Don is extremely knowledgeable and an expert with mercury repairs. Highly recommend!
