Diversified provided great work when they said they were gonna do it on time and at price. I have been using them for years and they’re the best.

Last fall I acquired a boat with a small kicker outboard that needed an inspection and numerous repairs prior to being used. I don't really know much about small outboards, but Diversified Marine's maintenance technician Chris Bardroff certainly does - and he did a great job of inspecting and replacing everything needed to get the little motor serviceable again. New carburetor, new water pump, new stop switch, new fuel connector, and new tiller grip, and then a tune-up and test. Everything it needed, none of which I knew how to do myself - or had the time for. Chris told me he was also able to use this small outboard servicing to help tutor a younger technician on small outboard maintenance, too - apparently that's a scarce opportunity in many boatyards - so it was doubly useful for each of us. Chris also showed me how to do some basic preventative maintenance and operating tips, too - which I certainly appreciated. I learned more from Chris about small outboards in a few conversations than I'd picked up in years of having and being around people with bigger boats. Super helpful! If you have a small outboard kicker motor on your sailboat or fishing boat and you're worried it might be time for a new one, give Diversified a call - they can probably service it instead, and add years to it's life instead of buying a new one. Looking forward to getting some use out of this motor now that it has a new lease on life. Really happy with Diversified and will gladly recommend your shop to anyone I meet that's looking for engine or other marine mechanical work.

Diversified Marine is very easy to do coordination and puts the customer first. My wife and I have owned our boat for ten years. This year is the first time we have used Diversified services. Based on the photos proved to me this shrink wrap job is the best yet. They used many supports and do not leave the the boa’s structure to do the heavy lifting of holding the load of a heavy snow fall!

This outfit is refreshingly professional and responsive. I had an issue with my 4JH-TE marine diesel smoking excessively. They diagnosed my problem and addressed it sending me a summary with photos after every day they put hours into the project. I am impressed and they will now be my go to for any diesel problems I have in the future. Without hesitation, I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have used and rely on Diversified (Bay Shore) since moving to Annapolis for maintenance on my Yamaha outboards. Some of the maintenance has been done right on the lift. They are neat and I don't know they have done the work until I see the photographs and the tag on my steering wheel. And they keep to a schedule. Particularly critical when trying to schedule all the winterization chores.
