Crystal Lake DNR Public Boat Launch

Nice ramp on a beautiful lake. Restroom near water but parking is up atop a steep hill but it's paved nicely and a staired walkway to the parking also.

This is a relatively new facility and as such, the parking lot and facilities are in great shape. There is a required power wash for entry if you have been in and out of water in the past 10 days. There is an outhouse on the upper and lower levels. The launch and docks are in great shape. The only negative could be the walk back up the 100ish steps to the upper parking lot. The stairway is new composite decking and may be something to watch in colder wet conditions. There are only small trash cans inside the nice outhouse facilities.

Plenty of room! Have to walk down a LOT of steps from parking lot to dock/ramp. Bathroom at the top in parking lot.

A little tight at the launch if you have a sizable boat. Couple hundred stairs to climb to the parking lot. Totally worth it! Great lake to be on.
