Bottom paint is a great price but quality of work is not good. Said they would sand before painting which never happened paint was flaking after one summer. Also pulled screws from Transom to paint around transducer cable and didn't put them back. I didn't notice and put my boat back in the water only for it to get water in the transom because the screw holes filled with water. Don't reccomend using them for bottom paint unless you want your boat ruined.

WORST COMPANY STAY AWAY!!! If I could give negative 1000 stars I would! Had our boat for 3 months and gave us the run around. Finally we had enough and asked for our boat back to take it somewhere else. Again gave us the run around. Demanded our boat and discovered it was filthy! Entire carpets had greasy footprints all over that ruined them, greasy handprints and garbage left behind. No work was done except for supposedly a new battery and charged us $$$$! Wouldn't release our boat until we paid. Asked for the manager to call regarding damage. Called several times and no response. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Took boat in for starter problems and ended up spending OVER $4300.00. including OVER $700.00 IN "EXTRAS" & unexplained "LABOR" that they couldn't justify. As a retired mechanic I know when I'm getting burnt and they got me. But on their side they did knock the bill down nearly $800.00 for charging me twice for putting the starter in twice due to bad products. But they got me in without a wait

Spent over 2,000 for boat maintenance service and it was returned with bird feces covering the canvas. Emailed the manager march 27th and included photos. Waited until April 10th to follow up as I did not receive any kind of response. At first was told manager was not available but somehow they ended up finding her after I complained about my phone call and email not being followed up on. She stated she “forgot” to get back to me. Her solution was I could bring it back to have my canvas “hosed” off. My husband was early to pick up boat and it was sitting uncovered so it very obviously was being kept outside not in the warehouse at all times. Very disappointing because our boat is kept garaged we do not store it outside. The follow up and customer service makes the situation even worse. Will not return.
